1.0.04mm PVC Card A4 A3 Size Magnetic Stripe Coated Overlay Film Introduction
0.04mm PVC Card A4 A3 Size Magnetic Stripe Coated Overlay Film is applied with standard magnetic stripe. It applies the
high-quality magnetic stripe made by LUCKY China . It can be
directly laminated with the printing sheets in the card laminator
before punched into standard magnetic card. It features high
adhesion , no color change and deformation with long aging life
after the process of lamination .
Procedure to produce cards:
1. Put PVC printing core and two overlays together , then put into
the laminator . ( the laminating temperature and time is determined
as per the instruction of the machine ) . Please be noticed that
all glue sides of both PVC sheets and Overlays are put inward .
2. Tlamination lasts 10-15 minutes . The pressure is 6-8Mpa. The
temperature is 120-140°C.
