PC Plastic Sheet - Laser Engraving A4 Polycarbonate is specially designed for INLAY sheet production of Contactless or RFID PC Card. It is featuring lower vicat softening point, which can provide good protection on chips inside during the process of laminator grading lamination process. It is known as the high-quality PC sheet for various contactless or RFID PC cards.
Comparing with other types of plastic core sheets for card body production, it excels in outstanding optical clarity, printability, impact strength and dimensional stability. It is widely used in such cards as anti-fake IC cards, driving license card, transportation card and passport etc.

3). Color: transparent without coating on surface.
4). Package method: in reel or 500 sheets per bag/4 bags per paper
carton, or as per customer requirements.
5). Storage condition: Sealed, moisture-proof, room temperature
under 40℃, Keep it horizontally, avoid heavy pressing and direct
sunlight.

Keep package sealed and moisture-proof, room temperature under 40℃
Keep horizontally, avoid oppress heavily and direct sun light.
Stacking height should not exceed one meter.
Shelf life: Two year.
Storage conditions:
Ideal storage conditions under 40℃, Ideal RH 40%. Should not be stored in direct sunlight and avoid major thermal fluctuation, store in original packing. Film should be conditioned a minimum of 24 hours at ambient room temperature.
Recommended use of material within one year of production date.
